This is the ideal grill to defrost, reheat, barbecue, and sear your favorite meats; there are programmable settings for each cooking method. The top plate with full-width handle can open and stop at any angle from 30? to 180?. The reversible grill plate features both a flat and grooved side. It is detachable and has a nonstick coating. The grill plate is also dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. The grill plate measures 12.59 in. wide by 8.66 in. deep. A detachable drip tray is included.
